Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not purchased through our website
  • Items marked as non-returnable in their description
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
